Clear Channel Media & Entertainment is looking for a “Digital Ninja” for our Multimedia Digital Team. You will work closely with the station’s Programming, Marketing and Promotions departments to ensure that our online presence reflects station priorities; at the same time, you will also create and program other brand-appropriate content.
You will contribute ideas for online presentation of on-air programs and work with the station to create and maintain a long-term editorial and promotional calendar for all station’s websites. You are responsible for identifying opportunities for audience growth and ensuring that they’re capitalized on in a timely fashion. You are ultimately responsible for project management, scheduling and production of station content.
You’ll also learn the various stations’ social media voices and develop social media strategies. You should be extremely competitive and love to WIN! We're looking for people who are hungry, have a thirst for new technologies and who possess the knowledge to implement them in a strategic way.
Required Skills
Working with program directors to create engaging content for station websites.
Using social media to promote the stations and engage with followers.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Illustrator)
Ability to shoot video/ photos in various lighting situations and process media quickly
Oversee and execute Digital prize fulfillment and contesting details/rules on multiple sites.
Excellent communication skills
Team player with collaboration skills
Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
Coaching air talent on proper use of social media and blog pages.
Required Experience
Experienced in using a Content Management System or back end of a website
Experienced in using WYSIWYG editors but also well versed in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/Query
Skilled in video shooting and editing
Well educated on uniques vs. page views and other website analytics
College education preferred.
Ominture SiteCatalyst experience a plus
Healthy addiction to the Internet a must
Must have flexible hours and be able to work some evenings and some weekends during concerts and special events/webcasts.
Excellent knowledge of Windows OS & Mac OS
Experience working with social media, if not professionally then to a high degree in your personal life

The ideal individual will assist the Promotions department in effectively and efficiently executing events with a large visible street presence, as well as executing promotional elements and initiatives on-air and online.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be outgoing, enjoy working in a team environment, communicate effectively and be prepared to assist with station event planning and execution, as directed.
Must be versatile and willing to assist sister stations in the Clear Channel Cluster as needed.
Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and must be comfortable operating within the stations’ websites
REQUIRED EXPIERENCE
Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekend and evening events) up to 29 hours a week.
Must work well under pressure, and have the willingness and ability to learn how to operate promotional equipment.
Knowledge of Excel, Word Processing, Database Entry, accurate typing abilities, and proficient phone skills needed.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift objects in excess of 25 lbs. is required.
Duties also include the set-up and breakdown of promotional event equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for daily broadcast log including but not limited to: input of client advertising contracts and co-op script; input of commercial material and instructions; manual replacement of unresolved exceptions; manipulation of commercial spots to maintain proper separation between commercial spots from similar products.
Provide support to the Senior Traffic & Continuity Director and the other Traffic Manager in the Department.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain commercial inventory and to provide billing information.
Produce monthly/weekly billing with accuracy.
Prepare weekly affidavits.
This is not a managerial or supervisory position
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma and one year broadcast related experience and/or training. Six months to one year of management experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instruction and procedure manuals.
Considerable knowledge of FCC rules.
Excellent time management and leadership skills.
Extensive computer skills including but not limited to working knowledge of Word and Excel.
